*Note: This is the first date that any of your team arrives at the venue to begin preparation for the event. If you are doing a single-day event and only paying for one day of rental, this will automatically be the day of your event unless otherwise agreed upon and approved by KAF.

*Note: This is when the final member of your team will leave the venue clean and returned to its original state. A KAF Employee will need to be present to approve the state of the venue.
