Join High Noon with a presentation by the US National Beat Poet Laureate, Mark Lipman, as he arrives in Saint Louis on his new Poetry Bus, Furtherer, taking it on a 6,500 mile cross-country poetry adventure with a whole caravan of poets, connecting communities on the themes of peace and building a vision for a better world. He will share stories of his travels around the world, using poetry to build bridges between communities, and we’ll hear how his latest project, developing a poetry adventure television series around the Poetry Bus came to be. We welcome you to this exciting program of poetry and story-telling.
