We offer multiple private event rental spaces that accommodate any size event and we host birthday parties, rehearsal dinners, fundraisers, graduation parties, galas, bridal and baby showers, bat and bar mitzvahs, and more.

.ZACK
.ZACK is the Kranzberg Arts Foundation’s 40,000-square foot multi-use arts facility developed in the historic Cadillac building at 3224 Locust St.
.ZACK – The Urban Ballroom
This fourth-floor, private event space comes with full-service catering.
The Urban Ballroom features exposed brick, a vibrant urban vibe, an adjoining bridal spa, and breathtaking panoramic views of downtown St. Louis. The layout is customizable and can accommodate anything from a dance floor to beautifully appointed dining tables. The Urban Ballroom is a perfect party event space for any party or event hosting up to 450 people.

Sally’s Rooftop Garden and Terrace
Sally’s Rooftop Garden and Terrace is a private open-air event space and food garden with extraordinary views of the bustling and beautiful city of St. Louis. The rooftop terrace can be rented as its own event space or in conjunction with any of our other .ZACK private events venues.
Beautiful in the daytime, Sally’s Rooftop Garden and Terrace is also ideal for evening receptions, cocktail parties, and any private event in St. Louis in which great views and a delightful garden, run by Urban Harvest STL, can provide an ideal backdrop.

The Lounge
Take a step into the 1930s at Sophie’s Artist Lounge and Cocktail Club! This plush speakeasy-style space is full of glam details, including rich lavender velvet seating and elegant lighting, and has a full bar. It also features a popular rooftop patio, where your guests can take in the view while sipping their favorite beverage. Sophie’s is great for birthdays, graduation parties, receptions, galas, and fundraising events.

The Grandel – The Grand Hall
In 1884, this stately limestone building was constructed as the city’s First Congregational Church. The city underwent tremendous transformations around the church for well over a century. In 2016, Kranzberg Arts Foundation purchased the property and transformed it into a dynamic, beautiful performing arts center and private events space where the St. Louis community can gather. The Grand Hall features a stunning arched window, cathedral ceilings, stained glass, and beautiful hardwood floors and is perfect for private receptions, fundraisers, non-profit events, birthday and anniversary parties, and more hosting 50-200 people.

High Low
Opened in the fall of 2019, High Low is a Literary Arts Cafe dedicated to the freedom of expression through spoken and written word. The Listening Room is one to write home about and offers the ideal event space for your next speaker, presentation, party, fundraiser, non-profit event or anything you can dream. Featuring a full suite of A/V equipment and a beautiful bar, High Low is sure to impress.

The Big Top
Step right up to the most unique private events venue in Missouri! Located at 3401 Washington Blvd., The Big Top is a multi-use arts venue that made its St. Louis debut in 2018. Our 1,200-person-capacity, cherry red tent is imported from Italy and includes access to a private VIP tent and a concessions tent. Available from April to October, it has been an unbelievable site for large celebrations, receptions, galas, non-profit events, and more.
